A little increase on the highlights would also help a little imho.

Could benefit from a little more contrast around the face – the eyes and teeth could do with being whiter and I’d maybe suggest cropping in from the right taking out the earring (which is a bit distracting) and tightening the composition at the back. The position of the camera lens on the left is great – really contributes to the dynamics – and the smile is an excellent capture.
Edit: cropping the chin is generally something to be wary of, the chin defines the face and is an important element in creating a mental image of someone – less so the top of the head which can often be cropped to great effect… why this is so is an absolute mystery to me

Does she have a beard? where is her chin..
Whiten the teeth the eyes and the finger nail tip (on the trigger finger) to match the other fingers..
Ask her if she is getting enough calcium in her diet (marks on the middle of nail and no half moon's) and What she is doing on saturday?? its for a friend of mine....

I agree with cropping the earring, it's distracting. I think the chin is cropped because the model was wearing a shawl up to her chin.... so the chin would not be seen anyway!
By the way, she is getting enough calcium... haha
